Website Department: $1,495 per month, renews monthly until you cancel. No minimum term.
Website Essentials: $199 per month with a 12-month minimum. If you cancel early, monthly payments continue through month 12. After that, it renews monthly until you cancel.
To cancel either plan, email hello@prairievision.ai. We confirm in writing, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you’ve paid for.
What these terms cover
Prairie Vision Inc. (“Prairie Vision”, “we”, “us”) offers two website plans: Website Department and Website Essentials. “You” means the business that subscribes, and the person subscribing confirms they are authorized to accept these terms for it. Sections about one plan apply only to that plan.
AppointmentAI is a separate product with its own terms and is not covered here. Work outside either plan is quoted and agreed separately before it starts.
Accepting these terms
You accept these terms by checking the box at checkout and completing your subscription. After you subscribe, we email you a confirmation of your plan, price, renewal terms, and how to cancel, so you have a copy to keep. We keep a dated copy of every version of these terms.
Billing and renewal
Both plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, starting on the day you subscribe, at the price shown at checkout plus any applicable tax. Your subscription renews automatically each month until it is canceled; on Website Essentials, your first 12 months are a commitment (section 08). You can update your card and view invoices in the billing portal.
Refunds: because cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you’ve paid for, we don’t refund partial months, except as described in section 14 or where the law requires it.
Failed payments: if a payment fails, Stripe retries it and we email you so you can fix it. If it is still unpaid 14 days after it was due, we may pause work and, after telling you by email, suspend hosting until the account is paid. We restore the service once payment is made. If the account is still unpaid when Stripe’s retries end, the subscription may end.
Price changes: we email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you. On Website Department, you can cancel before it takes effect. Website Essentials prices don’t increase during your first 12 months.
Website Department: what’s included
Website Department is $1,495 per month. You can add unlimited requests to your queue, and we work on one active request at a time. Most smaller requests are completed within 3–5 business days, and larger builds are delivered in stages. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. You review each request before it goes live.
It includes website design and development, landing pages, new pages, redesigns, forms and integrations, conversion improvements, mobile optimization, basic website copy, on-page SEO improvements, hosting, and ongoing maintenance while you’re subscribed. Work outside web design and development, and unusually large custom software projects, are discussed and quoted separately before any work begins.
Website Department: cancellation
Website Department has no minimum term. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@prairievision.ai. We confirm your cancellation and your end date in writing within 2 business days. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Until your end date, your site stays live and we keep hosting it, maintaining it, and working through your queue. After that, hosting and maintenance stop and the site we host goes offline, unless it has been moved (section 06).
Website Department: ownership and handover
Your materials. You keep ownership of everything you give us, including your domain, logo, text, photos, videos, trademarks, and data. You let us use them only to provide the service.
Your custom deliverables. Once the month in which it was delivered has been paid in full, you own the custom design and code we create specifically for your website, such as page designs, layouts, custom graphics, and code written for your site.
Our tools. We keep ownership of the tools, templates, components, and code we had before your project or use across clients. Where they are part of your website, you get a permanent, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to keep using, changing, and hosting them as part of that website, including after you cancel. You can’t resell them separately from your website.
Third-party assets. Fonts, stock images, plugins, software libraries, and outside services stay under their own licenses, and we can’t transfer what we don’t own. Where a license lets you keep using an asset, you can. Where it doesn’t, for example a license held in our name, you may need your own, and we tell you which assets that applies to.
Handover. You can ask for a copy of your website’s files and code at any time while you’re subscribed, or within 30 days after your end date. We aim to deliver it within 10 business days of your request, in a standard format. Hosting, your domain, and third-party accounts are separate steps: each is moved or reconnected through its own provider, and some may need you to open your own account. If you’d like our help with the move, ask before your end date and we’ll handle it as a request in your queue.
Website Essentials: what’s included
Website Essentials is $199 per month. It includes up to five pages, website design and build, hosting, maintenance, and small edits to existing pages, such as changing text, replacing images, updating hours or contact information, and minor adjustments to existing sections. It does not include a request queue, new pages after launch, landing pages, repeated redesign work, or continuous development requests.
Website Essentials: commitment and cancellation
Website Essentials has a 12-month minimum commitment, starting the day you subscribe and billed monthly. You can ask to cancel at any time. Canceling stops renewals after your commitment; it doesn’t end the commitment early. If you cancel during your first 12 months, your monthly payments continue as normal through month 12, not all at once, and we keep hosting and maintaining your site and making small edits until then. Your subscription then ends and you won’t be charged again.
After your first 12 months, Website Essentials renews monthly until you cancel. Between 30 and 60 days before your commitment ends, we email you a reminder that it will continue month to month and how to cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@prairievision.ai. We confirm in writing within 2 business days, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you’ve paid for.
When your subscription ends, hosting stops and the site goes offline.
Website Essentials: ownership
On Website Essentials, Prairie Vision retains ownership of the design files, source code, components, and underlying website build. You own your domain, logo, photography, videos, copy, trademarks, and other assets you provide. You have full use of the website while your subscription is active.
When your subscription ends, the design files, source code, components, and website build stay with Prairie Vision. If you ask within 30 days after your end date, we send you a copy of the materials you provided and any form submissions we hold for your site.
Your domain
Your domain is yours on both plans. If you give us access to manage its settings, we use that access only to run your website. When you leave, we help you point it elsewhere; the transfer itself is done through your domain registrar. Unless we have agreed in writing to do it for you, you’re responsible for renewing your domain.
Your content and data
We use the materials you send us, your website’s content, and any form submissions your website sends to us only to provide the service. We don’t sell them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Please don’t email passwords; we set up access with you safely, and you can remove any access you’ve given us at any time. You confirm you have the right to use the content you give us, and you’re responsible for how your business uses information it collects from its own customers.
After your end date, we keep your website files and content for 30 days so you can ask for a handover or a copy. After that, within a further 60 days, we delete your website’s files, code, and form submissions from the hosting, code, and form accounts we control. We keep our email correspondence with you and billing and tax records as business records, as described in our Privacy Policy. Copies held by our service providers, such as their backups, are removed on those providers’ own schedules, which we don’t control.
What we ask of you
Provide the content, feedback, and access we need, and review work when it’s ready. We may decline a request that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, or falls outside your plan. If we do, we tell you why.
Our responsibilities and limits
We’re responsible for delivering the work described in these terms and for fixing our mistakes. As with any website, we can’t guarantee a particular number of visitors, calls, sales, or search rankings. We work to keep sites online, but outages caused by hosting providers or other third parties can happen, and we fix problems within our control promptly.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. This limit doesn’t apply to fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or to anything the law doesn’t allow us to limit, and it doesn’t reduce any refund owed to you under section 14.
Ending the service, and changes to these terms
We may end a subscription for any reason with at least 30 days’ notice by email. If we do and you haven’t breached these terms, we stop billing, refund the unused part of any month you’ve already paid for, and, on Website Essentials, release you from the rest of your 12-month commitment. On Website Department, the handover in section 06 applies. We may suspend or end the service sooner for unpaid invoices (section 03) or unlawful use.
We may update these terms. We post the new version here with a new date and email active subscribers at least 30 days before a material change takes effect, with how to cancel. On Website Department, you can cancel before the change takes effect. On Website Essentials, your price and your 12-month commitment stay as agreed for your first 12 months: we don’t apply a material change that works against you during that period unless you agree to it, and a change never extends a commitment you’ve already made.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of North Dakota, without overriding any consumer-protection or other mandatory laws that apply to you where you’re located. If a disagreement comes up, we both agree to try to resolve it by talking it through first. Questions about these terms: hello@prairievision.ai.
