When you send an inquiry through our website or email us, we collect the information you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and details about your project. Our hosting and form providers also record basic technical information, such as IP addresses and browser details, as part of running the site securely. We do not run advertising trackers on this website.
How it is used
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, scope and deliver your project, operate and maintain your website, handle billing, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to market other people's products.
Vendors and retention
We use a small number of service providers to run the business: Vercel hosts this website, Formspree delivers inquiry-form submissions to us, Zoho hosts our email, and Stripe processes subscription payments. When you subscribe, you enter your payment details on Stripe’s checkout page, not on this website. Your information is stored with those providers as part of their service. We keep inquiry and project records while you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep a record.
